Winston
Hotel
Every plate we serve sits inside a little piece of Pacific Grove history.
Long before the smell of fresh biscuits drifted down Lighthouse Avenue, this building carried another name — the Winston Hotel. When the owner's daughter suggested honoring the address's original identity, the name stuck, and a brunch place was born beneath its high, arched windows.
Today those same beams and that grand half-moon window frame something simpler: unhurried mornings, biscuits built by hand, benedicts under blankets of hollandaise, and coffee that never seems to run out. Nods to the old hotel are tucked throughout the room — a wink to everyone who's passed through these doors over the decades.
— welcome to Winston's
